THESE SHOES WERE MADE FOR RIDING

We recommend that you wear Cycling shoes with SPD clips, but hard soled sneakers are the next best thing.  Our bikes have pedals equipped with clips and cages.

TUNE OUT THE CHAOS AND TUNE INTO YOUR RIDE

We ask that you leave electronics in your locker so that you and your fellow cyclists can truly turn-it-up in class!

WHEN IN DOUBT STRETCH IT OUT

Each ride consists of a warm up and cool down.   We encourage you to take extra time in our designated stretch area before and after class to stretch.  Please ask any of our team members for stretching tips and direction.
